This substantial 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is located in a private cul-de-sac ensuring privacy for guests, however it is a very short walk to all the bars, restaurants and the beautiful beach in this very popular resort.

The villa is entered through a secure entrance gate, there is a path leading to six steps to reach the entrance door. From the entrance door you enter the spacious hallway. The lounge is to the left and to the right are eight steps leading to all four bedrooms, straight ahead is the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, plentiful fitted wardrobes and beautiful sea views. There are two further double bedrooms, one has twin beds which can also be a super king depending on the needs of the guests, the other bedroom has twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a Romeo and Juliet balcony. These rooms have the benefit of stunning sea views and a fantastic view of the Isla Del Rey, an iconic island off the coast of Punta Prima. Along with air conditioning, each of these two bedrooms also have a ceiling fan. The twin bedroom also has a small TV connected to a DVD player (please note it is not connected to the TV network).

The fourth bedroom has a single bed and large standalone wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers. This bed is an electronic bed which moves up and down for those who find mobility a little difficult.

The bedrooms share two large recently renovated bathrooms. The first is a full bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower, a basin with useful drawers underneath and wc. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower, basin and wc.

The kitchen has also been recently refurbished and is very modern and has everything including a wine fridge! There is a dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, integrated oven and microwave. There are six rings on the electric hob and a huge double fridge freezer. There is no air conditioning in the kitchen but there is a ceiling fan. A breakfast bar with four chairs is also in the kitchen.

The open plan lounge/diner is large and spacious with two sofas and coffee table. The TV has the full sky package, there is also a DVD Blu-ray player and a large selection of DVDs for you to choose from. Double French doors open from both the lounge and dining area on to the south facing terrace with views over the lawned garden and sea beyond. The dining table would comfortably seat 8 people, just in case you decided to eat inside for once!

Finally downstairs (8 steps) is a games room with bar, pool table, dart board, bar football and TV which can be watched independently from the TV in the lounge. There is also a sofa for those who want to spectate!

Outside you will find well maintained lawns as well as colourful and attractive plants. There is a larger-than-average pool (10m x 5m) it has both roman steps and a ladder to access it. The tiled terraces wrap the south and west sides of the villa, with ample space for the 8 good quality sunbeds, side tables, outdoor wicker-style sofas, lounge chairs and coffee table, and the exterior teak dining table and chairs. There is a covered area over part of the terrace just outside the kitchen. There is also a large retractable awning over the dining area for additional shade, as well as a huge separate sun parasol next to the sunbeds. Also in this area (and adjacent to the kitchen) is a brick-constructed BBQ with chimney and food storage/prep area. To the rear of the villa is a petanque area to play boules. You may even be lucky enough to see some of the wild tortoises that love to come and visit this villa.

The villa also has the benefit of air conditioning and WiFi throughout and beach towels and hairdryers are also included.
